Artisan breads, food and crafts. We are passionate about our breads as they are all handmade and shaped with none of the nasty dough improvers that other bakers used. We offers courses to teach you how to make your breads either on a one to one/two basis or in classes at Daisy’s Kitchen in Rugeley.

You can find our breads at events, Paul Shum Butchers in Yoxall and at Tamworth Country Market. We also post them – yep bread by post but it’s amazing how many people do have our breads by post.
